This solicitation is for the rehabilitation of interim employee housing at the Iron Mountain Pumping Plant. The work includes various residential improvements such as plumbing, carpentry, flooring, doors, windows, updating lighting and electrical components, exterior stucco patch, drywall, painting interior and exterior, fence repair, roof repair, HVAC, and abatement of materials containing asbestos and lead. The contract is based on time and materials as directed by Metropolitan's representative. The project requires a contractor with a California contractor license classification A and/or B or B-2 and experience in residential construction and remodeling.
