Building Better Communities, Inc. (BBC) is soliciting proposals to provide Construction Manager Owner’s Representative Services for the renovation of two adjacent affordable housing complexes in Deerfield Beach, FL, known as Highland Gardens, I and II. The rehabilitation of both sites is being financed as a single project with tax-exempt bonds and Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTCs). BBC seeks a highly qualified Construction Manager/Owner’s Representative firm with significant experience in rehabilitating affordable housing projects of similar scope and complexity.
