The Hawai‘i Tourism Authority (HTA) is seeking proposals from qualified firms or individuals to design, conduct, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of its paid U.S. and Japan advertising campaigns. The study will include detailed measurements of advertising awareness, travel influence, visitor spending, and economic/tax return on investment (ROI). The evaluation will focus on the impact of HTA’s calendar year advertising investments within the U.S. domestic and Japan markets. The work is to be performed statewide in Hawaii.
