Description
The Hawai‘i Tourism Authority (HTA) is seeking proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide an effective, responsive, capable and scalable program to assist visitors in crisis on O‘ahu. The program includes providing and coordinating services to visitors victimized by crime and other adversities, such as medical support, law enforcement coordination, airline assistance, help with obtaining identification, visitor information, education, emotional support, and prevention efforts targeting health and safety issues. The successful offeror will promote, develop, and conduct the Visitor Assistance Program (VAP) on O‘ahu.
