Description
This solicitation is for a contractor to provide independent evaluation, measurement, and verification services for the Public Benefits Fee Programs, Energy Efficiency Portfolio Standard, and other programs or activities as directed by the Hawaii Public Utilities Commission. The contract term is three and a half years with an option for a three-year renewal. The contract value is not to exceed $4,300,000.
