Description

The District invites detailed proposals from qualified and experienced Construction Management (CM) firms to provide preconstruction, tender, construction, and post construction services for the Norgate Fire Hall #5 Replacement project. The contract will initially be a CCDC 5B (2010) agreement and may convert to a CCDC 2 (2020) agreement when cost certainty is achieved.
