Saline County, Kansas is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified Design-Build teams to provide progressive design-build services for the renovation and modernization of the Saline County Engineering Building located at 3424 Airport Road, Salina, Kansas. The selected Design-Build Entity shall provide architectural, engineering, preconstruction, estimating, scheduling, and construction services necessary to complete the project. Interested firms may schedule an optional site visit on May 28th or June 3rd, 2026. This is a Request for Qualification (RFQ) for design-build services.
