This RFP is to procure professional Medical Services for Occupational Health and Surveillance, including but not limited to Baseline and Annual Surveillance, Fitness-for-duty exams, Exposure-related exams, Firefighter exams, and DOT Physicals. The work locations include various sites, primarily Fort Pickett in Blackstone VA and Virginia Beach. A mandatory Pre-proposal Conference will be held on June 2, 2026, at 10:30 am.
