The Iowa Department of Transportation (Iowa DOT) is seeking competitive quotes for the installation of a new roof, gutters, downspouts, and aluminum entry doors at the Cherokee RCE office. The project will be conducted according to the attached Project Manual and Plans documents and is subject to Iowa Administrative Code 761--20. The contract will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose submission is most advantageous considering cost and other factors such as mandatory requirements, staffing, and schedule. The estimated contract start date is upon issuance of the Notice to Proceed, with completion by July 31, 2026. Site visits are recommended and can be scheduled by contacting the purchasing agent.
