This solicitation is for Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services for the North York Durham Sewage System (YDSS) Expansion Phase 1 – Part 1. The project includes pre-construction and construction services supporting growth in East Gwillimbury, Newmarket, and Aurora, with completion by the end of 2028. Only prequalified contractors Maple Reinders Constructors Ltd, Strabag Inc., and Ward & Burke Microtunnelling may submit bids.
