The National Research Council of Canada (NRC) requires the supply, installation, and commissioning of the AVITI24 upgrade system for its existing AVITI sequencing platform. The upgrade provides a 50% increase in sequencing output without altering existing workflows or consumables, integrated in situ multiomics capabilities for spatially resolved detection of transcripts, proteins, and morphological markers, and a unified platform supporting both Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) and high content spatial multiomics. This upgrade is essential to maintain compatibility with NRC's existing infrastructure while expanding analytical capabilities. The contract duration is 1 month starting from June 5, 2026, with delivery required on or before July 31, 2026.
