The Canada Energy Regulator (CER) is seeking proposals for a subscription to a technical standards database. The Regulatory Group of CER, consisting of engineers, scientists, and technical specialists, requires access to various codes and standards to verify compliance, respond to emergencies, and enforce legislation. The subscription will provide access to the latest digital editions of these publications to ensure safe, secure, and environmentally responsible construction and operation of facilities. The contract duration is 12 months starting from July 1, 2026, with options to extend for two additional one-year periods.
