The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking competitive bids to establish contract(s) for ceiling tile replacement in Building 515 at the Rio Grande State Center (RGSC). Both HHSC and the Department of State Health Services (DSHS) will be entitled to use any contract awarded as a result of this Invitation for Bids (IFB).
