The Fleet Readiness Center Southwest (FRCSW) under the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) is seeking to procure one Pauli Systems RAM 31 Dry Stripping Cabinet or an equivalent unit for aircraft component refurbishment at its San Diego facility. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Navy, Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Fleet Readiness Center Southwest (FRCSW) - OEMs and Vendors: - Pauli Systems (OEM) - Equivalent products from other manufacturers are permitted if they meet all specifications - Products Requested: - One (1) Pauli Systems RAM 31 Dry Stripping Cabinet or equal - Must accommodate aluminum oxide media - Minimum 900 CFM reclaimer with 2-stage cyclone separator - Adjustable media flow valve - Part numbers referenced: RAM31, Pauli Systems RAM 31, 0001 - Services Requested: - On-site turnkey installation (includes tooling, system start-up, testing, and adjustments) - Certificate of Compliance (with technician details, countersigned by government TPOC) - Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) Operator and Maintenance Manuals (PDF or MS Word, delivered within 7 days after equipment delivery) - Estimated freight for delivery to San Diego, CA - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Cabinet must be compatible with existing FRCSW infrastructure and standardized for operator training and maintenance - Compliance with MIL-STD-1504C and MIL-P-85891A standards - Warranty must cover parts, labor, shipping, and handling at no additional cost - All technical data must identify manufacturer details and be grammatically correct in English - Place of Performance and Delivery: - Fleet Readiness Center Southwest (FRCSW), NAS North Island, San Diego, CA - Naval Base Coronado, Bldg 660 Bay 3 Rogers Rd, San Diego, CA 92135-5017 - Shop 97401, FRCSW production facility - Contract Type and Delivery: - Firm fixed price contract - Delivery required within 365 days of contract award; early delivery is acceptable - On-site installation to be coordinated with FRCSW POC during standard business hours

The Commander, Fleet Readiness Center (COMFRC) Procurement Group (PG), in support of the Fleet Readiness Center Southwest (FRCSW) to procure one (1) Pauli Systems RAM 31 Dry Stripping Cabinet or any other dry stripping cabinet that can equally meet the physical, functional, and performance characteristics of the Pauli Systems RAM 31. The dry stripping cabinet must have the ability to accommodate aluminum oxide media, at least 900 CFM reclaimer with 2-stage cyclone separator, and have an adjustable media flow valve. As part of the purchase order, contractor shall also provide an installation technician to perform an on-site turnkey installation to include tooling, system start-up, testing, and appropriate adjustments.
