This RFSQ aims to qualify two respondents for a potential second-stage RFP process involving early contractor involvement (ECI) with SaskPower. The ECI process is designed to integrate the owner and contractor early in the project design to expedite development, procurement, and construction while addressing supply chain and labor risks. SaskPower seeks experienced Engineer Procure Construct (EPC) contractors with a history of successful power generation station projects. The two prequalified respondents will later compete in a closed RFP for the full EPC opportunity.
