Description

The City of San Antonio is soliciting proposals from qualified landscaping companies to provide comprehensive landscaping and irrigation services for the Building and Equipment Services Department (BESD). The services include supervision, labor, transportation, tools, equipment, reports, materials, and supplies necessary for complete grounds maintenance such as mowing, grooming, edging turf areas, maintaining and trimming plants, shrubs, and vines, and removal of weeds, leaves, trash, and debris. The scope also covers monthly inspections, maintenance, and repairs of all irrigation systems. The contract is estimated at $2,000,000 and includes site visits and a pre-submittal conference.
