Veterans Health Affairs, Network Contracting Office 4, is issuing this Source Sought in order to identify capable firms and obtain information for planning purposes only. Background The Radiology Department of the VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System (VAPHS) requires the purchase of Radiation Therapy Table Accessories/Attachments Deliverables/Requirements (2) Supine breast & lung treatment device with 6.25" headrest and bottom stopper (2) Arm support (2) Wrist support (2) Head and shoulder adapter (2) Arm positioning system (Elite version) including 6.25" foam headrest, hand grip posts, and attachment screws (2) Arm positioning post with indexing (1) Prone system additional shim set, 25 mm (2) Thermoplastic immobilization package including superior bar, inferior bar, hip & pelvic bar, and spacing tool

Technical Specs Positioning table with the ability to adapt to a CT table Includes a back rest, base plate, head rest, and bottom stopper Positioning table must meet measurement requirements to fit through a CT Scanner (Approx. 54.1 L x 17.2 W x 6.1 H) Period of Performance Delivery no more than 60 days after the date of contract award. DELIVERY Delivery will be made to VAPHS locations: North Loading Dock | University Drive C., Pittsburgh, PA 15240

Normal hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 3:00 pm, excluding holidays. Logistics will receive these items, PPM will place EE tags, and Bio Medical Engineering will need to perform a safety check and enter the equipment into the system for annual Preventive Maintenance (PM) checks.
