Description

The Harris County Department of Education (HCDE) is soliciting Competitive Sealed Proposals (CSP) for Modular Buildings and Related Items. The procurement includes two components: a Maintenance Component under Texas Education Code (TEC) 44.031 and a Single Trade Job Order Contracting Component under Texas Government Code (TGC) 2269. The contract will be used by HCDE and Choice Partners members for maintenance, repair, alteration, renovation, remediation, or minor construction of modular buildings and related items. Proposers must respond to both components; proposals for only one component will be considered unresponsive. The maximum annual aggregate contract price for all contracts awarded under this CSP is $200 million.
