The U.S. Army is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive support services—including meals, lodging, and training facilities—for the Junior Cadet Leadership Challenge (JCLC) Adventure North event. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Army, Cadet Command, Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Knox - Contracting office located at Fort Knox, KY - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or commercial vendors are named in the solicitation - Products/Services Requested: - Meals: Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks for up to 320 cadets and 60 cadre, with vegetarian options for up to 10 people per meal - Example line items: 1,320 cadet breakfasts, 1,320 cadet dinners, 260 cadre breakfasts, 320 cadet snacks, etc. - Lodging: Accommodations for up to 320 cadets and 40 cadre, including beds/bunks, mattresses, linens, and access to toilets and showers (minimum 15 male and 15 female) - Lodging for 1,500 person-nights - Two hard structures for senior cadre and headquarters - Training Facilities: Access to a swimming pool (6 lane, 25-meter or larger), archery and air rifle ranges with backstops, rappel tower (20-60 ft), ropes confidence course, infirmary with Wi-Fi, and headquarters command center tent - Facilities must include all necessary safety equipment and a minimum of seven trainers for the ropes course - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All services (meals, lodging, training) must be co-located within 150 miles of New Brunswick, NJ (ZIP 08989) - Contractor must provide all food, equipment, and lodging materials except for government-furnished items (e.g., medical staff, weapons) - Compliance with wage determinations and submission of material safety data sheets required - Vegetarian meal accommodations and specific facility features (e.g., number of showers, hard structures for cadre) - Period of Performance: - Services required for the duration of the JCLC Adventure North event, covering approximately three weeks - Place of Performance: - Within 150 miles of New Brunswick, NJ (primary event location) - Contracting office and some delivery/coordination at Fort Knox, KY
