The U.S. Army is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive support services for the Mobile County Public School System JROTC STEM Leadership Academy in Mobile, Alabama. - Government Buyer: - United States Army Cadet Command (USACC), Junior Reserve Officers Training Corps (JROTC) - Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Knox - KO Directorate of Contracting, Fort Knox, KY - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or commercial vendors are named in the solicitation or attachments - Products/Services Requested: - Meals and snacks for approximately 160 cadets and up to 50 cadre, including vegetarian options for 15-20 people per meal - Lodging accommodations for 160 cadets and up to 40 cadre, with gender-separated dormitories, beds/bunks, mattresses, wall lockers, and private restroom/shower facilities - Academic, classroom, and athletic facilities, including three ballrooms/classrooms (seating for 210), podium, tables, chairs, stage, projectors, screens, internet, audio-video, and microphone - Access to an athletic field (football field size) with lighting for evening use - Medical support station with 24-hour operations and air evacuation landing area - Instructional and mentoring support by at least 10 upper-level college STEM students - All necessary equipment and supplies: cleaning supplies, portable toilets, radios, sinks, internet, printers, microphones, large display screens, projectors, sound system, podium, HDMI access, stage, and trash removal - Facility setup, management, and quality control, including reporting to the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Contractor must provide all equipment and supplies except government-furnished property - Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) must be included with offer submissions - Services span continuous daily operations (0600-2200) during the camp - The event is to be held on a college or university campus in Mobile, AL - Small business participation is encouraged, including HUBZone and service-disabled veteran-owned businesses
