This opportunity is for the installation of pre-purchased wind tarps at Hurlburt Field, Florida, requested by FA4417 1 SOCONS under the Air Force Special Operations Command, Department of the Air Force, Department of Defense. - Government Buyer: - FA4417 1 SOCONS, Air Force Special Operations Command, Department of the Air Force, Department of Defense - Scope of Work: - Contractor to provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, labor, and hardware for installation - Installation at 624 Red Horse Road, building 90538, Hurlburt Field, FL - Tarps are already purchased and located on-site - Contractor must modify tarps as needed (e.g., adding grommets) - Use corrosion-resistant, stainless-steel cables, brackets, and eyelets - No drilling into existing steel girder supports; eyelets to be installed in concrete foundation - Hardware must allow tarps to be raised or lowered for environmental adjustment - Repair and paint affected areas; dispose of excess materials off base - Provide a one-year warranty on installation - Compliance Requirements: - Must meet current Florida Building Code - Must comply with OSHA standards, including fall protection under 29 CFR 1926 - Adhere to base access, safety, and environmental requirements - Performance Details: - Installation must be completed within 10 business days from project start (or 30 days from contract award, per notice) - Work hours: Monday to Friday, 0700 to 1600, excluding federal holidays - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; wind tarps are government-furnished property - No government-furnished property except site access and utilities - Place of performance and contracting office are both at Hurlburt Field, FL

THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT FOR MARKET RESEARCH ONLY. NO QUOTES WILL BE EVALUATED IN RESPONSE TO THIS POSTING.

The contractor shall provide all management, tools,supplies, equipment, labor and hardware necessary to install pre-purchased wind tarps for 624 Red Horse Road, building 90538, Hurlburt Field, FL, to close sides of facility and preventweathering of equipment and limit personnel exposure to outside elements.

The contractor shall within 30 days of award of contract: Install pre-purchased wind tarps (located on-site) by modifying as needed with grommets, etc. to facilitate their covering the building perimeter, effectively providinga fabric wall against wind and weather. Corrosion-resistant, stainless-steel cables,brackets, and eyelets will be used so as not to drill into any existing steel girder support system that may cause degradation to the structure over time. Installing eyelets into the concrete foundation to facilitate anchor points for the lower portions of the tarps will be necessary. Hardware must allow tarps to be raised/lowered to facilitate adjustment for varying environmental conditions in compliance with the current Florida Building Code and all applicable Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards, including fall protection requirements under 29 CFR 1926.
