The U.S. Forest Service, Bighorn National Forest, is seeking a contractor for annual vault toilet servicing across the Medicine Wheel, Tongue, and Powder River Ranger Districts in Wyoming. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Forest Service, Bighorn National Forest - Products/Services Requested: - Annual servicing of vault toilets at campgrounds, picnic areas, administrative sites, and trailheads - Includes both base and optional locations, with vault sizes ranging from 50 to 1500 gallons - Minimum work order of three units per service call; notification for service via call, text, email, or in person - Emergency services are excluded - Quantities and Locations: - Over 30 distinct servicing line items, including both required and optional sites - Examples: Tie Hack (2 toilets, 1000 gal each), Circle Park (2 toilets, 1000 gal each), Muddy Guard (1 toilet, 500 gal), Medicine Wheel Upper (1 toilet, 1000 gal), Park Reservoir (2 toilets, 50 gal each), and more - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Contract includes a base year and four option years - Small business set-aside under NAICS 562991 - Offerors must submit a signed SF1449, completed Schedule of Items, technical proposal, and past performance information - All service details, quantities, and specific locations are provided in the attachments - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or product part numbers are referenced; this is a service-based procurement - Place of Performance: - All work to be performed at federal facilities within the Bighorn National Forest, specifically the Medicine Wheel, Tongue, and Powder River Ranger Districts

Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.  Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. 

Solicitation number 1240LP26Q0078 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Bighorn National Forest Vault Servicing across the Medicine Wheel, Tongue, and Powder River Ranger Districts in Wyoming.

This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns.  The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 562991.  The small business size standard is $9 million.  This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.  All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
