The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) is seeking to establish a National Individual Standing Offer (NISO) for Tactical Operations Dry Suits (TODS) and repair kits to be delivered across Canada. The standing offer will be valid for three years with the possibility of two additional one-year extensions.
