Description

This solicitation is for repair and repaving of campus roads at the Chicago Read Mental Health Center to remove existing potholes. The work includes labor and equipment to repair facility road potholes, purchase and installation of pothole patching, removal and disposal of loose material, application of tack coat, installation of blacktop patch, and compaction with a roller. Deeper holes up to 3.5 inches will be repaired and all edges feathered. The project is located at 4200 N Oak Park Ave, Chicago, IL 60634 and is set aside for Small Business Set Aside Program Vendors only.
