Description

The purpose of this solicitation is to request a quote for a new battery rechargeable that is compatible with a Unicarrier Stand-up Forklift, Model S1SL15NV, Serial # S1S1-9X0360, located at the Russell Newman Building Warehouse in Denton, Texas. The battery must be new, unused, and sourced directly from the manufacturer or an authorized distributor. Gray market, used, refurbished, or counterfeit items will not be accepted. Please review the attached Statement of Work for detailed requirements.

All questions must be submitted to the Contracting Officer, Destiny Dyson, at destiny.dyson@fema.dhs.gov no later than 4:30 PM Central Time on Friday, May 15, 2026. The Contracting Officer will not accept phone calls during the solicitation period, all inquiries must be submitted via email to destiny.dyson@fema.dhs.gov

Quotes must be submitted to the Contracting Officer, Destiny Dyson, at destiny.dyson@fema.dhs.gov no later than 12:00 PM Central Time on Tuesday, May 19, 2026.

This action is subject to the Service Contract Labor Standards. The applicable Department of Labor Wage Determination is WD 2015-5227, Revision 28, dated April 29, 2026.

Period of Performance: 30 calendar days from the Date of Award

The Government seeks for a quote with a total price less than $8,550.00 Quoters should not interpret this figure as a ceiling on offers; rather, this information is provided as a courtesy to prospective offerors. The Government may select an offer for award with a price below, at, or exceeding this range if it finds that offer provides the best value and funds are available. 

Your firm must be actively registered under NAICS code 335910 (Battery Manufacturing) in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov). Additionally, in accordance with FAR 52.226-3, Disaster or Emergency Area Representation (NOV 2007), your firm must be located within the State of Texas.
