The Capital Regional District (CRD) is seeking qualified vendors to provide hydrometric and weather station services within the Greater Victoria Water Supply Area (GVWSA). These services support the CRD’s Watershed Hydrology program, which operates and maintains a network of 35 stations that provide critical data for reservoir management, watershed condition assessments, and long-term planning.
