The State of Nevada Purchasing Division, on behalf of the Nevada Department of Conservation and Natural Resources and the Nevada Department of Environmental Protection, is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide permit writing assistance and programmatic support services. The scope includes permit writing, water treatment, environmental permitting, and professional services as detailed in the attached Scope of Work. The contract is expected to start on September 9, 2026, and end on September 30, 2028.
