The State of Nevada Purchasing Division, on behalf of The Department of Business & Industry, Division of Insurance (NDOI), seeks proposals to establish a pool of contract examiners for statutory analysis and examination services on an as-needed basis. The contract is for regulatory examination services to be provided from August 11, 2026, through August 30, 2030. Vendors are required to submit questions by April 24, 2026, with answers provided by May 1, 2026. The contract type is a Vendor Contract for Service of Independent Contractor under NRS 333.700.
