This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued.  This solicitation is a request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01 / 03/13/2026.  The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 811310, with a small business size standard of $12.5 Million Dollars.  The Network Contracting Office 7 is seeking Dock Lever Repair Services for the Phoenix VA Medical Center located in Phoenix, Arizona.  All questions regarding this RFQ must be in writing and may be sent by e mail to Charity.Cazee@va.gov. Removal and disposal of the existing pit leveler. Power wash and clean wall and floor area of pit for new dock installation. Purchase and installation of one(1) Nordock, hydraulic dock Model # NH610-40-3ph/230VAC or equivalent. Test system for proper function. Cleanup area and dispose of any debris. Proper safety precautions are adhered to.
