Description

The purpose of the contract is to establish production support and sustainment services of its existing Student Information System (SIS); referred to as NDU Connect, that built in Salesforce using the Educational Data Architecture (EDA) framework residing within an AWS GovCloud Plus IL4 environment. NDU aims to deploy additional SIS capabilities and business support features within the next 2 years. The contractor shall provide services and expertise to support, enhance, fix, and sustain existing deployed NDU Connect capabilities. The Contractor shall be able to provide the full scope of Salesforce and DocuSign support activities to include system/Salesforce/DocuSign administration, release and deployment management support using Azure DevOps, problem and incident management, Tiers 2 and 3 support for end user issues and troubleshooting and security management.
