Description
The Department of Children and Families (DCF) is seeking proposals from qualified bidders to conduct culturally and linguistically competent and impartial parenting capacity evaluations. Approved bidders will form a resource pool across the Commonwealth to conduct evaluations in response to referrals from one of DCF's 29 Area Offices. The solicitation aims to establish a pool of providers to support DCF's parenting capacity evaluation needs.
