Description

The Massachusetts Commission for the Blind is seeking qualified Fair Hearing Officers to be added to a Master Agreement to provide legal services on an as-needed basis. No funds are attached to the Master Agreement; if engaged, a statement of work will be completed detailing the estimated expenditure. Other departments may purchase services under this Master Agreement with written permission from MCB. The solicitation is open and responses are accepted until June 30, 2027, at 5:00 PM. There will be no pre-bid conference for this solicitation.
