The Town of Franklin intends to retain a firm to provide preventative maintenance and on-call repair services for generators located at various town facilities including schools, water wells, booster stations, water tanks, and sewer lift stations. The work includes one major and one minor preventative maintenance visit per year for each generator, as well as on-call repair services and other incidental work as required.
