Description

This solicitation is for the removal and disposal of existing HVAC equipment and the supply and installation of new VRF systems at the Middleboro Barracks. The work includes installing a Mitsubishi Smart Multi Condensing Unit and three Mitsubishi Ceiling Cassette Units, flushing and reconnecting refrigerant and condensate piping, power, and control wiring. The contractor must provide startup, checkout, and a 1-year parts and labor warranty. The project is managed by the Department of State Police and is eligible under the Small Business Purchasing Program (SBPP).
