This solicitation is for the construction of two buildings for Bell County: a new 6,750 square-foot, 1-story Engineer’s Office made of wood-frame with slab-on-grade foundation, standing-seam metal roof, and brick, stone, and metal panel exterior walls; and a new 3,070 square-foot, 1-story Radio Shop, which is a pre-engineered metal building with slab-on-grade foundation, standing-seam metal roof, and metal panel exterior walls.
