The Massachusetts Department of Mental Health (DMH) seeks to enter into a Statement of Work with a vendor with expertise in stakeholder engagement. The vendor will facilitate a series of listening sessions engaging two stakeholder groups: current DMH Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) contractors, and current ACCS service recipients, family members, and guardians.
