Description

The Agency of Digital Services, on behalf of the Green Mountain Care Board, is seeking to establish contracts with one or more companies to provide Health Data Infrastructure Transformation Support. The project involves configuring the Green Mountain Care Board's data infrastructure within the Statewide Data Lake, modernizing data ingestion from external submitters, governing data quality and documentation, ingesting major datasets, and embedding strong project governance and change management practices. The contract period is two years with an option to renew for up to three additional twelve-month periods, with an anticipated start date of August 2026. The project is funded in part by federal monies through the 2025 Rural Health Transformation Grant.
