Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation number 12363N26Q4011 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The objectives of this project are to increase forest health and vigor, diminish tree competition and mortality, and reduce hazardous fuels to reduce the threat of catastrophic wildfire.

The government will award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract resulting from this combined synopsis/solicitation to the responsible quoter whose quote, conforming to the synopsis/solicitation, will be most advantageous to the government (as determined by the solicitation evaluation criteria). All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency, and shall be valid for 60 days after the date of receipt for the solicitation.
