Description
The Executive Office for United States Attorneys (EOUSA) intends to solicit and award a Purchase Order to Personable, Inc, 17600 Newhope Street, Fountain Valley, CA 92708, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
EOUSA anticipates award of a contract, on a sole source basis, to Personable, Inc for brand name ScanWriter Excel Standard Workstation software and maintenance for criminal investigators appointed within the United States Attorneys’ District Offices for use in real time for its capabilities and cost effectiveness. To have a financial analyst, forensic auditor, or contractor hand enter data into spreadsheets is cost prohibitive. Scanwriter can process a single bank account of 5 to 6 years with hundreds of thousands of pages of transactions within an hour or two. It exponentially increases the capabilities of the DOJ Agents to analyze bank records, credit cards, phone records and other data in pdf format at a substantial cost savings to DOJ. Scanwriter is different from CFIS and Bankscan in that Scanwriter can handle bank records, handwritten checks, cell phone records and any pdf. If the document is a pdf, scanwriter can process it into excel with customizable data. The software also now utilizes Microsoft Power BI to create and automate templates that can assist in tracking white collar fraud expenditures, cell phone records and human trafficking cases using geo tags and other mapping features.
