The Mission Installation Contracting Command, 410th Contracting Support Battalion (CSB), DEPT OF THE ARMY, is seeking vendors to support the Southern Vanguard 27 exercise in Colombia. - Government Buyer: - 410th Contracting Support Battalion (CSB), Mission Installation Contracting Command, DEPT OF THE ARMY - Contracting office located at Fort Sam Houston, Texas - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the notice - Products and Services Requested: - Catered meals for exercise personnel - Bottled water and bagged ice - Refrigerated vans (refer vans) - Air conditioning units - Trailer light sets - Generators for power supply - Shower trailers for hygiene - Trash collection and removal services - Chemical latrines and handwashing stations - Laundry services - General labor support - Leased vehicles with drivers (SUVs, vans) - Forklifts for logistics - Line haul transportation - 44-50 passenger buses and box trucks for deployment/redeployment - Notable Requirements: - Estimated support for 500 personnel - Vendors must submit a capabilities statement in English - Place of performance is Colombia - No part numbers or specific brands are specified

Description

This is an RFI/Sources Sought notice for Southern Vanguard 27, scheduled for execution in November 2026. A Vendor Day will be held in June in Colombia (location TBD). Estimated personnel support requirement is 500.
