Description

This solicitation is for the restoration of open space, parks, and wildfire-prone areas including reconstruction of driveway apron, sidewalk, and Fletcher Hills at Fletcher Hills Open Space and Hillside Park. The project also includes vegetation management at both sites. Bidders must provide electronic proof of bid security and submit an original hardcopy bid security before the bid deadline. The work is to be done in accordance with specified plans and standards, with a start date 60 working days from award.
