This solicitation is for the full reconstruction of Division Street in Trenton, Ontario. The work includes supply of all labour, equipment, and materials for traffic control, removal and installation of watermain, sanitary trunk sewer, storm sewers, concrete curb and sidewalk, asphalt removal, road base excavation, tree removal, topsoil and sod, granular materials placement, asphalt paving, line painting, utility conduit installation, and rock excavation. Additional landscaping and streetlighting work will be performed as per forthcoming plans. Coordination with utility companies such as Bell Canada, Cogeco, Enbridge Gas, and Hydro One is required for utility relocations during construction. The project commencement is July 20, 2026, with substantial completion of Phase 1 by November 6, 2026, and final completion by November 27, 2026, with some surface asphalt and landscaping work to be completed in Spring 2027.
