Description
The Saskatchewan Research Council (SRC) is constructing the Rare Earth Processing Facility (REPF) in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, a multi-unit industrial complex for processing and refining rare earth elements. SRC invites qualified suppliers to submit proposals for the design, supply, installation, integration, testing, commissioning, and handover of a complete, fully integrated Security and Access Control System covering the REPF Site, MPU Building (Bay R), and SXU Building (Bay P). The system includes access control, video intercom, CCTV/video management, emergency call stations, industrial communication phones, security control room integration, network infrastructure, cybersecurity, power supply integration, degraded mode operation, installation, training, and documentation.
