Description

The City of Regina is seeking a qualified General Contractor for construction services at Building D located in the Public Works Yard at 1075 Albert Street, Regina, Saskatchewan. The scope includes upgrades to HVAC equipment in Tracks 3 and 4, HVAC serving offices on main and second floors, controls on major equipment throughout the facility, and repairs and abatement to the exterior walls of Track 4. Construction is scheduled for the summer of 2026, with substantial performance expected by November 27, 2026. The procurement is governed by the Canadian Free Trade Agreement and the New West Partnership Trade Agreement.
