Description

The University of Regina is seeking a General Contractor to perform an interior renovation to convert a small room into a parenting room at Paskwaw Tower (PA) 121. The work includes relocating a hallway fire door with card access and door operator, modifying the fire alarm, installing new lights, power/data, a new door, and a counter with sink. The project also involves floor plan revisions, architectural finishes, and associated mechanical and electrical updates. The contract will be a Stipulated Price Contract.
