Eddy County, New Mexico, is seeking proposals from qualified firms to obtain General Legal Services to meet the broad range of legal needs of the County. The work will be directed by the County Manager with input from the Board of County Commissioners. Law firms or attorneys must have experience representing governmental entities in areas such as tort liability, medical malpractice, law enforcement liability, employment law, civil rights, insurance, construction, property rights, class action litigation, real property, and worker’s compensation. Applicants must have a Principal/Owner/Director/Partner with at least five years of general civil litigation experience.
