Description
The City of San Bernardino is seeking qualified firms to provide interim shelter supportive services for individuals and families transitioning out of an encampment zone under the City’s ERF Round 5 initiative. Services include intake, assessment, benefits enrollment, case management, housing navigation, permanent placement support, behavioral health and substance use linkage, workforce development referrals, post-placement aftercare, facility-based coordination, and food services/nutritional support. The program aims to move individuals and families experiencing homelessness into permanent housing and support them to maintain it, using low-barrier and Housing First approaches. Services will be delivered over a two-year period from October 2026 to October 2029, and the selected provider will coordinate with the City's outreach team and the San Bernardino County Continuum of Care.
