Eddy County is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide a comprehensive Electronic Payment Processing System to support the collection of fees, taxes, fines, and other payments for the Eddy County Treasurer’s Office. The County seeks a modern, secure, and fully integrated solution designed to enhance operational efficiency, strengthen internal controls, and improve overall service delivery to taxpayers and other stakeholders. This RFP may also be utilized by other departments, divisions, and offices of Eddy County under the same terms, conditions, specifications, and pricing. The current payment environment has limitations related to system integration, reporting capabilities, and secure phone-based payment options. This solicitation will result in a single award.
