Douglas County is requesting bids for the widening, grading, paving, and traffic signal construction at the Highway N-31 and Fort Street intersection. The project includes removal and replacement of pavement, driveways, fences, installation of traffic signals, concrete pavement, sidewalks, ramps, erosion control, and other related work. Bidders must submit electronic bids by May 20, 2026, and provide a bid bond or acceptable substitute equal to 5% of the bid amount. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond equal to 100% of the contract amount.
