This Request for Bids is for the provision of supply chain management services including the distribution of publicly funded Immunization Agents to community pharmacies across Ontario for the Ministry of Health, and associated services such as Quality Assurance, inventory tracking, and destruction. The vendor will provide specialized cold chain warehousing and distribution services to approximately 4,000 community pharmacies. The vendor must provide an order management and inventory tracking system and comply with Health Canada licensing requirements for storage, distribution, and transport of immunization products. Distribution must maintain cold-chain temperature control using refrigerated trucks or qualified cold chain pack-outs with temperature monitoring devices.
